Viewers and TENS will be bound by the following terms & conditions:
1) The viewers shall give all required information & documents to justify the viewers’s identity,& legal position.
2) TENS reserves the legal authority to temporary disconnect, suspend, or switch off the services due to not providing appropriate information in the subscription form or failing to make subscription fee in times.
3) TENS has sole control over the title and ownership of the connection a and equipment provided TENS will provide the viewers with the services within the agreed upon time frame. In the event that help is delayed, TENS will notify the viewers as soon as possible.
4) Viewers are bound to pay their subscription fee in time through MFS (01816577466), Bank Check or Internet Banking against TENS Bank account. This payment gateway is available in our apps NetFee.
